I’ve been wanting to get one of these forever, just never could fit it into my budget. Congrats on the purchase Phil, it’s a great camera. Although I have to warn you Panasonic’s probably going to announce the GF2 pretty soon (especially since the EP2 just came out) and release it sometime in late summer/early fall. You may have been better off waiting a couple months for the new one. Anyways big ups on the purchase, we’ll be waiting for the post-processed goodness, take a lot pics for us!

no doubt a good camera, but it is annoying how cameras like this put so many moving parts that are going to break, the pop up flash for example. I have a G9 and because of the automatic lens cap it ends up getting jammed. lets just have a lens cap that can be removed by had and a built in flash.

Agreed Tickle? Though it’s fun to pop the flash up in people’s faces, I would surely go for the more durable built in glash. I shot with the G9 for years! Incredible work horse that camera was.

A good day.
Just received my Relief-Tee.
I was happy about the shirt itself but the happiness-momentum got an extra BOOST when I read the simple 8 words on the back of the package
…”what up germany! keep it very funky chris!”
You made my day Sir!
Thank you.

Hey Phil,
I just wanted to thank you as well through comment. I know I’m a little late, but I received a relief beanie about two weeks ago and haven’t taken it off since. Even been wearing it to sleep in hopes that somehow I can be “on Award Tour” like you and everyone else who merely slips into an article of clothing produced over at your headquarters. With this new Lumix in the equation I’m sure more “Good Times” will be rolling as well. Thank you for the opportunity to take part bro, means more than you’ll ever know.

Stay Safe,
Harris # 9
